Johnny Patterson is a Research Fellow at Hong Kong Watch and Chief of Staff to Baroness Stroud. Johnny was the founding Director of Hong Kong Watch between 2017 and 2020 and Policy Director between 2020 and 2022. He is a regular commentator on Hong Kong and business and human rights in China in international media.
