Elizabeth Donkervoort is a Program Director for the American Bar Association’s Center for Global Programs, overseeing East Asia, Internet Freedom, and Malign Influence programs around the world. She previously worked at the International Republican Institute and Freedom House providing support for civil society actors in East Asia and emergency assistance respectively.
