Research Associate/Operations Consultant

Athena Tong is a Research Associate and Operations Consultant at CSRI, as well as a Visiting Researcher at the University of Tokyo. She has been in the political and human rights advocacy scene for Hong Kong since 2015, and her research focuses on PRC influence operations, cognitive and psychological warfare, human rights diplomacy and economic security.
